Going through this summer’s photos from my hikings in Bulgarian Nature Parks, I found these lovely memories from a gentle walk, guided by Sofia Kostadinova on the butterfly trail in the Belasitsa mountains.
Walking through the woods, talking about butterflies, we also met these goats. They went home to the village of Yavornitsa, after a hot late summer grazing day, while we went up to the refreshing waterfall at the end of the trail.
